Domain & Hosting Agreement

1. Introduction

This Domain & Hosting Agreement outlines the terms of service related to domain name registration and web hosting services provided by our company.

2. Domain Registration

All domain name registrations are subject to availability and ICANN and registry rules. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain it current throughout the domain’s lifecycle.

3. Domain Renewal

It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain names. We are not liable for loss of domain due to non-renewal.

4. Hosting Services

We provide shared, VPS, and/or dedicated hosting as per your selected plan. You are responsible for managing your content and complying with applicable usage policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Use of hosting services must not involve spam, malware, illegal content, or unauthorized access. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Uptime Commitment

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, maintenance, upgrades, and external factors may cause occasional downtime.

7. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your website and data. We may offer backup services but do not guarantee data recovery.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of this agreement, including failure to pay or violation of use policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service usage, downtime, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved accordingly.
